Our Team:

The Housing Solutions Team are responsible for the administration of homelessness and applied decision making.  The role will provide additional support to the team and be the first point of contact.

The team are based at Runcorn Town Hall operating a hybrid working pattern in place during the 37 hours per week working pattern.

Your Contributions:

  • The Triage Accommodation Officer will provide a proactive service,  giving front line advice and support to anyone seeking housing/ homelessness assistance
  • Undertake initial triage assessment
  • To ascertain the risk of homelessness at the first point of contact and provide early intervention assistance
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all client interactions and case progression.
    Collaborate with landlords, lenders, and other agencies to prevent or relieve homelessness
  • Assist in the coordination and management of temporary accommodation and move on provision.
