Our Team:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Clerical Officer to join our fast-paced Children’s Safeguarding Unit. This is a vital role supporting a team committed to protecting and promoting the welfare of children. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the unit by providing efficient and confidential administrative support.
Hours: 18.5 per week.
This is a Job share opportunity, and the working hours will be Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays or half day each Wednesday, 9.00am – 5.00pm with half an hour taken for lunch.
Your Contributions:
You will be efficient in managing diaries, scheduling, and rearranging meetings, with excellent communication skills as you will be responding to telephone and email enquiries professionally and sensitively. You will be adaptable and will provide clerical and administrative support to the Independent Reviewing Officers and Child Protection Chairs
