Our Team:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team based predominantly at the Frank Myler Pavillion. The team provides administrative support to sports services including managing the LMOS back office system for the leisure centres. The role does include some lone working and as a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing of the Frank Myler Pavaillion.
Hours: 30 per week
Monday 14:45-20:15 (FMP)
Tuesday 9:30 – 17:15 (FMP )
Wednesday – Off
Thursday 10:30-18:00 (HLC)
Friday 9:45-16:00 (FMP)
Saturday – Off
Sunday 9:30-14:00 (FMP)
Your Contributions:
- A minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including English and Maths, is required.
- To provide general administrative support as and when required including filing, photocopying/scanning. Including supporting the smooth running of reception at all sports facility sites.
- To have strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with members of the public in person, over the phone and via e-mail.
